The Biggest Loser Team Challenge allows you to "Team Up" to become fit and lose weight. Individuals weigh in from week to week to see how much weight they've lost for their team, and more importantly themselves. No cameras following you as you workout, as on the TV Show, yet we do have prizes that the competitors can win!

Whether its to lose weight and get in shape for a better lifestyle, or just losing a few pounds to look great for the holidays; The Biggest Loswer Team Challenge is a great way to lose weight with support from your team every step of the way!

Something new is happening to the Biggest Loser Team Challenge 5! The SRC will hold a "boot camp" the first weekend of the challenge. This boot camp is open to all Biggest Loser participants. The boot camp will help teach participants healthy ways to lose weight and exercises that get you to your target heart rate and keep you there so the pounds fall off! Don't be fooled, the boot camp will not be a walk in the park. Boot camp instructors will push you to set the tone for a great Biggest Loser Team Challenge 5!
