Mandatory Captains Meeting: Captains must meet with Brad before first game on Sept. 7

Playing Dates: Begins First Tuesday after Labor Day Weekend. Games are played on Tuesday nights at SRC Sports Complex.

Format: Games are two 15-minute halves (running clock). Field is 50 yards. Games are 5-on-5 and play by NAFFA rules. Players must sign official roster and waiver of liability form.

**Players must have played in at least three regularly scheduled games to be eligible for tournament play. If team fees have not been paid, team will not be added to the schedule.

**Must have minimum of four teams.
